What I do
I understand that the journey of motherhood - and life - comes with many ups and downs. My goal is to walk alongside you and help guide you toward a place of hope.

who I help
I provide individual therapy for adults 18 and over who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional challenges during pregnancy, postpartum, or throughout the general transition into motherhood. I support mothers who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of where to turn - and I work to help them feel grounded, supported, and connected. I also offer resources to assist in building your support system and "village."

What Treatment Looks Like
Each person presents his/her own unique history, strengths, and stressors into the therapy space. Because of this, treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
To begin I typically recommend weekly sessions so we can build a strong foundation and help you feel comfortable with the process. Consistent sessions also allow time to learn and practice coping skills between appointments.
The treatment approaches I use may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Interpersonal Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Strategies
Together we will incorporate your strengths into your goals and treatment plan, helping you build what is already within you.
